Rare tetleytea Posted May 4, 2005 #2 Share Posted May 4, 2005 In the summer, if you ever needed more than a windbreaker I would be surprised. At the very worst you can always layer a longsleeve+sweater+windbreaker. I personally wouldn't even bother with the windbreaker, but I'm big-bad-tough-guy. wolfie11 Posted May 4, 2005 #3 Share Posted May 4, 2005 It can be hot in the interior and cool and rainy on the coast. Alaska is very casual! Jeans and a nice t-shirt or button shirt fit in even at the "good" restaurants.
Budget Queen Posted May 5, 2005 #4 Share Posted May 5, 2005 If you are taking the Princess rail, you only will have space under your seat for a small carry on, otherwise it is in your lap. Seating is table style, with 2 facing backward so you do have some table space.
