JohninDC Posted June 7, 2012 #2 Share Posted June 7, 2012 Possible - sure. Likely - maybe, maybe not. Do you want to spend your cruise worried about making an early flight home? What's the cost if you miss your flight in terms of waiting for an open seat later in the day (time, change fees , increased fares) and are you willing to gamble that against the odds of making an early flight? Good luck - you'll need it! :)
Rare Keith1010 Posted June 7, 2012 #3 Share Posted June 7, 2012 Yes, it is possible but full of risks. I would select a flight at Noon. Keith
royalcruz Posted June 7, 2012 #4 Share Posted June 7, 2012 With self-embarkation you will most likely make your flight, but there is always the chance that you won't.

Thankls Doug In March we got off of the Allure doing "self Assist"...at 6:15am... When you leave the ship, walk all the way to the left ..this is where the parking lot full of taxi's and shuttle buses will be waiting to take everyone to the airport. (10 minute ride $14 plus tip). We were at the airport by 6:35am...and our flight was at 9:45am. Smooth as cake. BUT..BUT..BUT....I have read horror stories of things going wrong...SO...you take your chances...good luck and have a great cruise.
ragtiki2004 Posted June 8, 2012 #6 Share Posted June 8, 2012 The ship could be late clearing customs or one of those drug sniffing dogs might find something. Personally, I would not book a flight before noon. Bob
Zoey Posted June 8, 2012 #7 Share Posted June 8, 2012 I wouldn't do it, and the main reason for me would be that I would spend the last couple days of my cruise FRETTING about whether I was going to make the flight. Not worth it on a seven day cruise. But good luck should you chance it.
