gallia Posted June 25, 2012 #1 Share Posted June 25, 2012 I have been a regular traveller on Hurtigriten but for 2013 the pricing for a single traveller is eye watering. I have always teavelled in winter when there is no o a small single supplement, now it is a minimum of 50%. I am afraid that with the additional cost of air fares this now makes it ridiculous. Fortunately a number of other cruise companies now go to Norway in the winter. I will make use of them in future.
squarevanman Posted June 25, 2012 #2 Share Posted June 25, 2012 Had the same problem this year. Cabin I wanted on Lofoten was 100% single supplement. I turned this down but the cabin I booked was about 35% supplement. Sad as last year there was no supplement for winter cruises. As much as I enjoy the voyage I am afraid they will not be seeing me next year.

CO cruiser Posted July 18, 2012 #4 Share Posted July 18, 2012 Good morning. Is anyone else sailing on the June 18, 2013 cruise from Bergen? We are 8 people from Colorado. Hoping to enjoy the splendor of Norway.
