Oasis June 23, 2012 Review, long, with pictures

Recommended Posts

Before you do the zip line, you have a practice run here.

So, this is your first zip, and it is something else. You really get an experience on this "little line". To me, it was somewhat scarier than the big one, as you go blasting down quite fast, and befor you know it, you are banging into the stop area pretty quickly.

Here is a shot looking to the left of the island where the zip line is.

Took this pic from the heliport, as platinum and up were invited to a private party on the heliport on sail away, which, unlike the Explorer, is never open.

Ok, just wanted to throw some pix up.

Captain Steve has joined in the thread, a wealth of info, so, if you have any questions or comments, post away, and I will be happy to answer.

Also, Steve has been on the Oasis a whopping 11 times. So, if you have questions, he would know.

To be continued ..........

OK, time for some ship photos. This one might seem a bit strange, however, it is the only way to the front of the ship ..... Deck 14, port side.

Also, when you get to the door, if it is before 8:00 am, it will not open.

However, we quickly learned that even though the button will not open the door, you can actually, with a bit of effort, wedge your fingers in, and force it open.
