Credit Card for Seapass Card

Recommended Posts

A debit will work (if it has the Visa or MC logo), but they will put a hefty "hold" on your account. Since a debit is basically cash...just bring the cash...put cash on your account and be done with it. If you don't spend it all, they will return it, and you can put it back in your account. If you go over, then give them the debit card on the last night....they will charge it immediately, without that annoying "hold"....

If you are from anywhere except the USA use a Credit card and have your bank do the foreign conversion. The exchange rate on board isn't very good and there exchange service for foreign currencies charges 3% transaction fee to do the conversion.
