I could be wrong but thought it was 6 months for typical cruises and 12 months for transatlantic cruises.

Their rules state that infants must be 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise.

Looks like it will be a Mardi Gras cruise instead of a Thanksgiving cruise! :D

RCCL is 6 months but Disney is 3 months. It was hard to change cruise lines and it killed my wallet, but I needed a cruise.

I believe Disney may charge differently, but I'm pretty sure on most cruise lines, you have to pay the 3rd/4th person in a room rate. If it is just you and the infant in the room, you might even have to pay the full 2nd person fare for the infant.-- Katie

Same as for adults. No special rates for children/infants.

Either Princess or NCL (can't remember) only charges port fees and taxes for infants. No discount on Carnival or RCCL.

No discount on NCL unless that's a recent policy...MSC and Costa will sail children free on most cruises. Holland usually charges $199. You have to pay port charges, etc... For all passengers no matter what age!
