The Caribbean on the AZURA Jan 2014

Hello we have just booked Caribbean 14 nights on the Azura , has anyone got any story to tell about the Region security etc, shore excursions , and the overal expierience, we are really looking forward to this not been on a cruise for a while and this is for our 10th wedding anniversary and 50th birthdays, we have booked early to ensure we get what we want prices may change but you have to make that choice so its done now and we are happy with our choice , :D:D:D

We went to the caribbean last january on ventura (sister ship of azura).

Loved it!...Not seeing your luggage from the check in in Uk until it appears outside your cabin was great, as was simlpy stepping off the plane in barbados and getting on the transfer coach (no customs)

 

We did a mixture of P & O and local excursions: we are back in the caribbean next January and will do more local ones as they are just as good but cheaper. "Cososol" excursions on St Lucia was particularly good (just Google it and book on-line, no payment 'till after the trip)
