We are going to HMC, Freeport, Nassau. I hear its hurricane season around that time anyone been to the Bahamas in August?

Yes, it's hurricane season.. but when there is no storm in the air, the temps are brutal (mid-high 90's - heat index over 100) and very high humidity.

I am usually dripping wet during this time.

I would plan on being on or in the water during this time. Long lines and physical exertion could cause heat stroke. Stay hydrated.
