Shopping in Nassau

I was in Nassau two years ago and remember the straw market well but I think I missed the other shopping areas. Where else is there to shop? I seen some store fronts on a youtube video of some people walking and shopping but don't know where they may have been. I am thinking maybe one block back behind the straw market. Is this where to go or where else? What kind of stores? Liquor, jewelry, t-shirts, restaurants, bars? Any good maps of all these shops? TIA

Once you get through the cruise terminal it dumps you almost right out on Bay Street. There is plenty of shopping along this street and it runs parallel to the water. There are all types of stores including jewelry stores, clothing stores, trinket stores, etc.

Google royal caribbean shopping map nassau...

Thanks for the map it helps. Is the Hard Rock the only restaurant in that area? Last time we only saw the stuff on the front street, Woodes Rodgers, before going to the Sheraton. I missed all of Bay Street.

There are about 40 or so restaurants, cafes and eateries along the wharf and Bay Street. No lacking of food or drink establishments.
