Gratuity Amount for Room Service?

Most of the staff, waiters, asst waiters, room stewards, room service work 9- 10 month contract, 7 days a week with no complete day off. Room steward usually have around 18 cabins to clean. Now they are under paid for the hours they work. Yes we tip for good service and we are not cheap about it. We carry 1s 2s and 20s for tips. Rewards for good service. We would not work for what they are paid.

I had just been served coffee by someone in the buffet and a few hours later received a minibar change out from the same person dressed only in a robe.

 

Did you report them for being out of uniform in pax areas?
