What do you think?? We booked on Carnival Freedom room 8339 balcony. Found out it is under the pool/bar area. Should we change rooms??

If you can! Your best bet is a deck with cabins above and below you - less noise that way.

did you book ES rate?

 

You are smack dab in the middle.. you will get chair scrapping noises. (ice cream machine is located around that area too.

 

if you booked ES rate you can not move down to the quieter deck.

 

if you booked a regular rate moved to a 8C on the empress deck-

we are booked in 7409 ( awesome location- 2 decks up for food, 2 decks down for entertainment and no public areas to be worried about noise.

 

if you need to stay in the same category moved DOWN towards the aft (UNDer the buffet area which is carpeted)
