Dining time question...

Just got our passenger confirmation and noticed tha dining is listed as Main-Lower CFM. Can someone decode this for me, please. We are traveling on the Statendam, if that makes a difference. Also, there are some notes for certain amenities that begin with the letters GAP, such as GAP wine Navigator 3 bottles. What does that stand for? Since we are cruising with a large group, I'm interested in knowing if these perks are from HAL, our travel agent or just a result of the large group. Many thank!
