Static events Posted September 24, 2012 #1 Share Posted September 24, 2012 Will the Independence have new production shows after its dry dock refurbishment in 2013? As much as I love the productions shows on board I have seen them way too many times now. It would be nice to see something fresh and new next summer. :D
Jetdriver787 Posted September 24, 2012 #2 Share Posted September 24, 2012 May or may not be relevant, but they are holding auditions in London for dancers and singers for Chigago on the 05th & 06th of November. Details Here.
Ocean Boy Posted September 24, 2012 #3 Share Posted September 24, 2012 If they still have "Invitation to Dance" aboard, it need to be GONE before I re-board in March!!:eek: I can't stand it.:(

Bandit236 Posted September 25, 2012 #5 Share Posted September 25, 2012 Do you know when they go to drydock? We're cruising in March 2013. Also, do you know if they have the big screen TV out by the pool yet? Thank you.
ahecht Posted September 25, 2012 #6 Share Posted September 25, 2012 This really needs to be a Sticky: http://www.creative.rccl.com/Sales/Royal/General_Info/Flyers/12028421_Revit_QuickReference_Guide.pdf Indy is coming out of Dry Dock in May 2013 and, as of this past April, not scheduled to get Broadway shows. I doubty that Indy would get Chicago anyway, as Royal Caribbean has so far put different Broadway shows on each of the ships that got upgraded theaters (Chicago on Allure, Hairspray on Oasis, Saturday Night Fever on Liberty). fdthird Posted September 25, 2012 #8 Share Posted September 25, 2012 And Jetdriver commented that they were holding Chicago auditions so yes, he the op didn't ask, but it was mentioned by another poster. Also, the Chicago auditions will be for the next Chicago cast on the Allure - probably cast 4 which is due in a couple of months.
