curlygirl18 Posted October 12, 2012 #1 Share Posted October 12, 2012 35 days out, online check in completed, received welcome aboard booklet in the mail but still can't access edocs. How long before they are available?
ripjerry95 Posted October 12, 2012 #2 Share Posted October 12, 2012 should be available by now! Usually about 45 days out if I remember correctly. Maybe within the next few days. If you don't I would call them. Did you check your myncl account?

curlygirl18 Posted October 12, 2012 Author #6 Share Posted October 12, 2012 Try this link: http://edocs.ncl.com/edocs/ Tried this link and it says that the reservation is not yet ready to be retrieved. I guess I'll give it another couple weeks then I'll just call them directly.
Single Cruiser Posted October 12, 2012 #7 Share Posted October 12, 2012 Try this link: http://edocs.ncl.com/edocs/ Yeah, there's a problem with NCLs myncl site. I've checked in, a week away and still have the question mark, contacted NCL they said use that link and they were all there!
barbatkins Posted October 12, 2012 #8 Share Posted October 12, 2012 35 days out, online check in completed, received welcome aboard booklet in the mail but still can't access edocs. How long before they are available? this happened to us a couple of years ago when our TA put us in a GROUP without our knowledge .......and it held up our documents. I was totally pissed about it......and he acted like it was no big deal and that agents did it all the time.......
deschoolie Posted October 12, 2012 #9 Share Posted October 12, 2012 try again tomorrow. System must be acting up. I printed mine out at day 70 for my Decembber cruise. As already suggested, I would call next week if edocs are still not available.
Rare mking8288 Posted October 12, 2012 #10 Share Posted October 12, 2012 Checked ours earlier in the day, it's fine - booking links for shore-ex & dining available & we are 25 days out, they're available since early last week. Usually print ours when we are within 72 to 96 hours of sailing just in case the Upsell Fairy call (especially with our current last minute GTY booking for an OV cabin - yet to be assigned one & sailing isn't close to sold-out yet) OP, try using a different Browser - clear your cache - if the issues are with NCL's servers, there isn't much you can do on our end, so to speak - plenty of time ahead, LOL. UKLloyd Posted October 12, 2012 #11 Share Posted October 12, 2012 We sail in 35 days. Have booked excursions, entertainment and dining and have checked in 100%. But we still do not have our Edocs either. Clicked the link above but it also says not ready. Strange.
RobinSie Posted October 12, 2012 #12 Share Posted October 12, 2012 We are now 7 weeks out and ours became available 2 weeks ago.

old nutter Posted October 13, 2012 #14 Share Posted October 13, 2012 Not sure if it is TA specific or even UK specific, but we were told that because we had booked via a TA, we would not get our edocs until we were 30 days out. The myNCL pages are not working properly and haven't for weeks now with errors all over the place and our edocs are still not showing up on there. However, I was able get them from the edocs URL once we were inside the 30 days, so you should be OK with that. Why NCL still keep saying 60 days on the question mark note is beyond me and why they can't sort their web site out is anyone's guess but I guess they have other priorities like trying to get your money for excursions - that works!!! OhJinkies Posted October 13, 2012 #15 Share Posted October 13, 2012 My Epic sailing is on Dec. 1. I booked with a TA and made my final payment in September. I was able to download my edocs on Oct 6 (I think they were available about a week prior but the site was down when I first tried). You may want to give them a call or email their customer service department (or if you used a TA, call them).
rvsullivan Posted October 13, 2012 #16 Share Posted October 13, 2012 There must be an issue with your edocs. We received our about 60 days out and no issues with the web site at all. Just checked again this morning and everything is still there. Call NCL and ask!
jdvmd Posted October 13, 2012 #17 Share Posted October 13, 2012 this happened to us a couple of years ago when our TA put us in a GROUP without our knowledge .......and it held up our documents. I was totally pissed about it......and he acted like it was no big deal and that agents did it all the time....... This is absolutely correct. OP, did you book through a TA? curlygirl18 Posted October 17, 2012 Author #18 Share Posted October 17, 2012 yes i booked with a travel agent and the agent put the reservation in a group and it was a GTY so that may have caused further complications but no worries because my edocs became available 30 days out
fj2k Posted January 6, 2013 #19 Share Posted January 6, 2013 Try this link: http://edocs.ncl.com/edocs/ Many thanks for this link, we are showing 30 days out and our e-docs not showing on my ncl. ColinIllinois Posted January 6, 2013 #23 Share Posted January 6, 2013 I know you have to show your E-docs to get in the terminal. What would happen if say you forgot them at home or lost them on the way? Would they just escort you in to the terminal to show your passport, etc? I've never done that by the way. :) Thanks.
