onboard spends

booked on ventura carribean in november, when i booked im sure there was an onboard spend included cant remember how much, looked through my invoice etc cant see anything relating to this.

When am i likely to find out if this is included?:confused:

It should be on your booking confirmation at the bottom of the pricing summary section.

If its not on your P&O invoice, then you have not got it. You should have a P&O invoice evn if you booked through a travel agent

Some agents do not send you the P&O invoice, but use one of their own. Try phoning or emailing P&O customer services and they will be able to tell you if you have any OBC registered against your cruise. We asked the same questions a little while ago and we had some. Hope you do too.
