Best dining times for Carnival magic

What is the best option on dining times for Carnival Magic?. I am not sure about your time option?, I like the idea, but I wonder if I am going to be seated with other people. My sister and I are traveling together, and would like to heve table for two. :rolleyes:

Have never cruised on Carnival but believe the "your time option" works the same as RCCL "my time dining". When you get to the dining room just request a table for 2. You might have to wait a few minutes but it really should't be a problem.

The answer to the question is simply, when do you want to eat? Do you prefer dinner earlier, or later?

As others have mentioned, this is strictly a personal preference. What is best for you? When do you like to eat?

 

On the table size issue, that is a policy specifc to Carnival. Again, check out the Carnival board.

We sailed on The Magic this past March and was always seated at a table for two. Just asked the head waiter for a two-topper and you will more than likely (99% chance) of getting one.

If you love tablemates, as we do, then pick traditional dining and request a larger table. If you do the "anytime" option, you're likely to be seated alone.
