Packing, Amenities, Coupons

Since the search function has quit working, I will have to ask my cruise questions here. I know the answers are buried somewhere in past posts, but I have waited days for the search to be fixed.
--Where are the great packing lists? I know many have been mentioned.
--Amenities. We will be on the Triumph. I have seen conflicting information on what is given to you. Everything from Nothing to toothpaste, lotion, etc. Can someone please verify? I will bring my own shampoo/cond.
--Drink coupons. I was going to ask for some as a gift. Do the coupons cover the "drink of the day"?
--Fun Ship Dollars. Again looking at for a gift idea. It says they have to be "redeemed" 2 weeks before a cruise. So if someone sends me a certificate, what exactly do I have to do with it before the cruise?
