Boarding pass printing question

Leaving on Westerdam this coming sunday, i wonder if i have to print the entire ten page document that includes the boarding pass on the first page, or if is sufficient to print the first page?

The first page is fine.

The only part needed is page 1 that is your "Signature preferred boarding pass"

We sailed out of Fort Lauderdale on the Eurodam a few weeks ago, and didn't need ANY of the paperwork. :D

 

We had to show picture ID's to Port Everglades security, but we didn't need the Boarding Pass to check in -- just our passports.

I actually had it printed out (just the first page) in my bag, but I asked the check-in lady if I needed it & she said "no."

I think they use it more for security procedures more than anything else...but I could be wrong..

I have been asked by the security guard at the port entrance to show him our boarding passes. They don't just let anyone into the port. I'm not sure what would have happened if I hadn't had it.

I only print out the 1st page of the documents.

The only time we have had to show that first page is when we enter the terminal doors. The check-in people have never asked to see themlet alone collect them.

We only have printed the actual boarding pass for each of us.

 

They have only collected it from us once and it would have been fine that time if we did not have it.

 

No need to print the whole package.

I tried to print ours today (Jan. 6 on Ryndam) and the system appears to be malfunctioning. The agent on "live chat" told me they are trying to fix the problem and to try again later.

Same here. Its working now, I just printed my boarding passes and luggage tags. Now I need to start thinking about packing.

Same here in San Diego, you need that front page to get into the terminal and to start thru the security system.

Page One is all that is needed. They will hand that back to you after scanning your passport.
