? Vista Deck 9 on Dream (wheelchair)

We are booked in an inside cabin on Vista Deck 9 Carnival Dream. I know there is a door to the forward open deck at the front of the ship. Does anyone know if it is stairs or a ramp that leads outside? Our friend is in a wheelchair and was wondering if he would be able to join us out there. Thanks very much for any info.

Generally, those areas are reached through two doors that have a high sill to step over. And the doors are very heavy. EM
