You will receive coupons. The wash, dry, fold is for 30 items on most cruises. Twenty item limit on some due to local regulations. You will also receive a coupon for 2 items to be pressed and another coupon for 1 item to be dry cleaned. Slight elaboration: the Free laundry coupon should be placed in the bag along with your list of items [the list that says what the price for each item would have been, had you not had the coupon]. If you are sailing with another Elite in the cabin, you will each get a coupon, and they may be used independently [we have two coupons in the room, and put in a bag with both his and her items relatively early in the cruise, and another later in the cruise (note that the coupon can not be used during the very last days of the cruise)]. For dry cleaning a suit or tux is considered 1 item, so you can get the whole thing cleaned on one coupon. enjoy Thom
Bobocasey Posted December 30, 2012 #4 Share Posted December 30, 2012 You have to use the coupon before the last 3 full days of the cruise.

Rare ghstudio Posted December 30, 2012 #6 Share Posted December 30, 2012 One pair of socks is one item.....not two.
2theship Posted December 30, 2012 #7 Share Posted December 30, 2012 Roll each item to be laundered tightly, and take duct tape to tape the top of the the bag. On the Silhouette this month, the laundry bag was a cloth bag with a drawstring.
ariawoman Posted December 30, 2012 #8 Share Posted December 30, 2012 Also we had to mention the coupon on the laundry slip, i believe on the bottom. On the reflection the laundry bag was paper and didn't shut with a string or anything to my recollection we just folded it over. Everything came back nicely, however I didn't give them much just a few pair of pants due to some bad weather.

When you enter your cabin, there will be placed on the bed all the items that you need: the daily newsletter, the table number in the dining room (for those not taking anytime dining), and a set of coupons for each Elite member in the room. In addition to the laundry coupons, there will be some for free internet, one item of clothing for pressing, some coupons for the spa, and the casino... Your cabin attendant will have placed them there, so he knows. IF these things are not there, tell him and perhaps also go to Guest Relations as well.
