PAERRN20 Posted January 2, 2013 #1 Share Posted January 2, 2013 Anyone know if they have the Past Guest Party or Fun Farwell Party on the 2 day cruise to nowhere out of Norfolk on the Glory? We are looking to go on May 31st, and was curious if they would still have the freeze booze, midnight Mexican buffet, etc.
Paul Bogle Posted January 2, 2013 #2 Share Posted January 2, 2013 No past guest parties on itineraries shorter than five days. I could be mistaken but I thought the farewell party was bid adieu.

The Farewell Party is long gone. Additionally, the past guest party has been transformed into the VIFP Gold and Above Party, and is still not offered on itineraries < 5 nights. wikoffclan Posted January 2, 2013 #4 Share Posted January 2, 2013 No more Fun Farewell Party (at least not on Conquest last week). Darn!! Really enjoyed the free-flowing drinks and great dance music. Only time I could get my DH up and dancing!!
PAERRN20 Posted January 2, 2013 Author #5 Share Posted January 2, 2013 Well that's a bummer. Haven't cruised since 2011. Any ways to get a free drink on the 2 day cruises? Also, anyone have Fun Times for the Cruise to Nowhere?

Also, anyone have Fun Times for the Cruise to Nowhere? Past guests get a coupon for a free drink at breakfast or lunch in the main dining room. Also, CHEERS, is on the glory...read about it in the other threads, but for $50per peron/day it's open bar the whole time
CapsR1 Posted January 2, 2013 #7 Share Posted January 2, 2013 The Second Night is typically "Elegant Night." It is a very short, but fun 2 day cruise, we have done it a couple of times.

Do they have the Captain's Celebration with free drinks like they do on 3 day cruises? ‘Captain’s Celebration’ On 3-day cruises, the ‘Captain’s Celebration’ will be in the format of the original Captain’s Welcome Aboard Reception. Guests will enjoy free drinks from 7:00pm-8:00pm in the Main Show Lounge on the Cruise Elegant evening. The Captain and his Senior Officers will be introduced on stage.
