Ephesus Terrace Houses

Hi - it is my understanding that you need special permission to see this part of Ephesus. Princess offers this as a special tour however I have not found any other tour companies that offer this. Has anyone seen the terrace houses? Is it worth it? Thanks in advance!

I signed up for this tour this time as a variation for a second visit to Ephesus. I hope the group will be smaller and hopefully with more deepth than our previous tour. Last time it was so crowded that we nearly lost our guide.
