sotiris Posted February 8, 2013 #1 Share Posted February 8, 2013 We are doing a Canada/New England cruise out of Quebec. Will the ship stay on a set time or change to match the "port" time?
biker@sea Posted February 8, 2013 #2 Share Posted February 8, 2013 We changed time a lot in Canada . One port changed 1/2 hr .
roger001 Posted February 8, 2013 #3 Share Posted February 8, 2013 Haven't been on that cruise, but every cruise that we have sailed, NCL changes to the local port time the night before arriving. A notice of time change is placed in your room the night before.

Novastar Posted February 8, 2013 #5 Share Posted February 8, 2013 I did that cruise last September. In all ports, except Cornerbrook, the ship's time was the same as local time. Cornerbrook was 1/2 hour different. However, the night before we arrived in Cornerbrook, there was a card placed in the cabins on the bed to notify all passengers that there would be 30 min. difference between the ship and local time. Barb Nahoumi Posted February 8, 2013 #6 Share Posted February 8, 2013 Set your watch according to the ship time. You want to be back on board in time for sailaway. Not waiving on the pier as the ship pull out. LOL
jdvmd Posted February 8, 2013 #7 Share Posted February 8, 2013 You will get a notice on your bed at turn down telling of the time change. Also will be in the Freestyle Daily.
