Obstructed View Cabins Conquest Class

I'm looking at these so Called Obstructed Ocean view rooms.

By the pictures there is no Obstruction.

But there is a up charge for these cabins,

Can someone one explain what the obstruction is and why is there a up charge.

These are not aft, corner, or L shaped. They look like standard Out side cabins

What's the scoop.
