ctrlbrk Posted February 10, 2013 #1 Share Posted February 10, 2013 Can I order long island iced teas on the cheers drink program? Sent from my Nexus
Bases5 Posted February 10, 2013 #2 Share Posted February 10, 2013 I would think so. Long Islands are on there classic cocktail menu for $8.75. Cheers are for drinks up to $

vinman13 Posted February 10, 2013 #6 Share Posted February 10, 2013 Yes. I had quite a few two weeks ago. Did they taste good on Carnival ships. I have had some bad Long Island ice tea at different places.
bananaface Posted February 10, 2013 #7 Share Posted February 10, 2013 How much are the drinks at Alchemy? That's where we do most of our drinking on ship. Are they under the limit?
okgirl Posted February 10, 2013 #8 Share Posted February 10, 2013 All of the classic cocktails are included in the Cheers program. And don't forget to take your receipt to the casino cage for a $5 match play ticket. There was some confusion on the Breeze a couple of weeks ago about if they were valid for match play, but the final determination was that yes, since I paid for the drink when I bought the program I could redeem them. The classics ordered under the Casino On Us program can't be redeemed for match play because you don't pay for the On Us. Not sure about the prices in the Alchemy bar, but a regular dirty martini with midpriced vodka or gin were included. Edit to Add: Also in the morning when the Bloody Mary drink special is being offerred you can get a double because it's still less than $10. But that's the only time that you can get a double. sonicbuffalo Posted February 10, 2013 #11 Share Posted February 10, 2013 I like Blue Motorcycles better.....they have Blue Curacao and 7-up in them instead of the Triple Sec and Coke (which gets flat in a LIIT). They have the same ingredients otherwise.

I spoke to the Casino host and they discussed it and said that yes since I actually paid for the Cheers program they were redeemable....Your receipt says Cheers Disc 100% on it, but a free drink on the On Us Program says Casino Comp 100% so it isn't redeemable. However, there isn't a $10 limit on the On Us program and a lot of people forget to order a better quality of liqour when ordering on that program. ok what is the casino match deal? never heard of that? Match play is a $5 coupon (that you get at the casino cage after ordering a Classic Cocktail) that you can use at any table game with a live dealer so insteading of having a $5 bet on the table you have the equivalent of a $10 bet.
