Malbork Castle - Worth the trip?

Hi. I'm trying to decide if its worth it to take the drive to Malbork Castle outside of Gdansk. Its a two hour drive to the castle. Is it worth it to spend that amount of time on a bus?

I did see those pictures. They look great, but its still a two hour drive. I'm afraid that it will take too much time out of the day and I won't be able to really enjoy the city of Gdansk.

 

Any other opinions?

We were in Gdansk 3 weeks ago. You can easily spend 3-4 hours walking around Old Town.

 

From there it is about an hour and a half to Malbork Castle. It is an intersting place to visit if you have the 5 hours to spare (2 hours of sightseeing).

 

If pressed for time, I would stay in Old Town.
