MS52 Posted February 28, 2013 #5 Share Posted February 28, 2013 Does this have to be done before final payment? There is a deadline issued on the savings certificates. The one we used expires on 3/31/13 for a January 2014 cruise. To the best of my knowledge, they are not issued near final payment. The price may be adjusted if the cruise is not selling well but I've never seen a savings certificate for a cruise in the last 60-90 days.
Clarea Posted February 28, 2013 #6 Share Posted February 28, 2013 Does this have to be done before final payment? No, if you find a savings certificate that is still valid after your final payment, you can apply it. However, as stated above, it would be unusual for that to be the case.
