Does this class have an outside deck on the side of the ship. I know Enchantment does. Also can you go out to the bow on this class and if so, How?

Indeed it does. Deck 4 has an outdoor promenade which wraps around the ship. There are steps at the front which take you up to the helipad.

Yup! Occasionally they close them to clean or if the winds are too high. Also, you can walk all around the outside of the ship on deck 4 (if you go up to and down from the H-pad). You can also walk along the dining room over-hangs and around the stern above the prop wash.

Is there smoking allowed out there.

 

Yes. Plenty of ashtrays and chairs/loungers for people to use. Not sure if smoking is allowed on the bow though.
