CrimsonTideGal Posted March 25, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 25, 2013 My friend drinks it so was curious if you can bring it? If not do you know if they sell it on board?
Colorado Kat Posted March 25, 2013 #2 Share Posted March 25, 2013 You should be able to. Hopefully the label clearly states 0% alcohol.
Rare crewsweeper Posted March 25, 2013 #3 Share Posted March 25, 2013 Depending on the port, you may have it confiscated or allowed through. Some security personnel may see "BEER" and confiscate it (non-alcoholic beer does contain a small% of alcohol and has been proven to raise the dopamine levels in the brain similar to alcoholic consumption). Others may recognize that the beer is "non-alcohoic" and permit it through. If stopped, you can attempt to see an supervisor and state your case. Carnival does sell non-alcholic beer on board. ChristieDawn Posted March 25, 2013 #4 Share Posted March 25, 2013 On our last cruise my husband was able to take his and yes they do sell it onboard. We leave in 20 days so I will let everyone know if he is able to get it on the ship this time...
Brentonsmom Posted March 25, 2013 #5 Share Posted March 25, 2013 Please let us know. I never even thought about taking it on board. That is the only beer my husband drinks now and it would be great if we could take some. Any idea as to how much it costs on the ship? Thanks Tina
Bobblefrog Posted March 25, 2013 #6 Share Posted March 25, 2013 I know you can buy Bucklers via the Fun Shops - so I assume that's the brand they offer on board. Maybe even more selections. Love me some Bucklers :-)

Love me some Bucklers :-) Bucklers is the only choice. Too bad they don't have Beck's Blue (sinc ethey carry Becks) or Clausthaler. The thing with NAs is that you have to have them ice cold or they are really like drinking wet hay. Unfortunately that's tough to do with bringing aboard your own unless you haul the cooler (or snag an empty beer bucket) and get refreshed ice daily.
