Is this service available on the Dawn, is yes how do I sign up?

I was wondering the same thing for the Jewel. Not sure if it is only for the Epic. But it is an app that you download on your smart phone. Just go to your app store and search NCL IConceirge.

At this time it is only available on the Epic. Others have reported that going forward, it may only be rolled out on new builds (Breakaway, Getaway, Breakaway Plus) as opposed to retrofitting older ships.
