When the ship docks in Cozumel in the morning, how long is it before they open the entryway door? Since I am boarding in Cozumel I want to get on early and quickly so that I can get checked in and have breakfast before getting off again to take my daughter to the dentist.

When the ship docks in Cozumel in the morning, how long is it before they open the entryway door? Since I am boarding in Cozumel I want to get on early and quickly so that I can get checked in and have breakfast before getting off again to take my daughter to the dentist.

As soon as the Mexican authorities gives them clearance to do so. On our cruise 2 weeks ago we docked 10 minutes early and the clearance was given right away.

About 20-30 minutes; not sure about check-in, immigration, customs etc for someone boarding the ship in Coz. :confused:

Just however long it takes port authorities to clear the ship. It's taken up to 1 hour before for us.
