PaulMedik Posted May 7, 2013 Author #426 Share Posted May 7, 2013 as always! Thanks for all the beautiful pics of the Breeze and for sharing your family's adventures with us! cruisin blue, Thank you. ............ I'm looking into a B2B in 2015 also to celebrate my 25th Anniversary and my DH 50th birthday so after reading this review, it has to be on the Breeze. Who knows, maybe we'll be on the same sailing :D Great review and pics. I may have to go back and read it over again just to make sure I didn't miss anything..... girlscruise2011, Thank you. B2B for anniversary cruise is the way to go; our B2B for our 20th anniversary was very relaxing. We'll be watching for you on Breeze in June or July 2015! I would appreciate it if you would please let me know if we need to bring towels to Dreams. PortlandPete, Thank you. We brought our Carnival towels from the ship, but towels were available at the resort and included in the day pass cost. The nice thing about bringing Carnival towels is that you can use them as cover ups or wraps on the way back to the ship since you'll likely take one last dip in the pool before you leave. ;)
Sun 4-ever Posted May 7, 2013 #429 Share Posted May 7, 2013 Paul, my husband and I enjoyed your review with your amazing pictures. You are a great photographer. We will be on the Breeze next Jan. and after seeing your pictures can't wait. Oh and I agree the Carnvial Liberty is a beautiful ship but our favorite is the Carnival Spirit. We were on it back in 09 and then again last year after they re-did it and before then sent it to Australia.
mephistoles Posted May 8, 2013 #430 Share Posted May 8, 2013 Once again, thanks so much for this review! Loved the pictures! I remember wanting to cry when I heard that last ding of my S&S card when we disembarked the Liberty as I was so bummed that our vacation was over. I'll probably do the same when our Breeze vacation ends....LOL. Again, great review!

PaulMedik Posted May 13, 2013 Author #435 Share Posted May 13, 2013 (edited) ........... I got the nogo from the wife for sailing school break week next year on the Brreze. Still working on other potentials. Jim, We're now booked for SB 2014 on Carnival Pride April 13 Eastern. I opted for the aft wrap on deck 8 vs the wrap on deck 4; more sun vs overhang. The selling point for my wife was precruise in DC....;) Surprisingly most of the aft wraps are still available including BOTH on deck 4; you should join us! You are doing a wonderful job on the review, thanks for sharing. BTW, can you please tell me where the red seats and umbrellas are, what area is that? It looks like the perfect place to sit and watch "Sail Away". We are going on the Sunshine in March, so I'm hoping that they have this area as well. They are very comfortable and the perfect place for sail away. The Sunshine's aft section will be enclosed so these wont be available on the Sunshine in this location. Looking forward to here if you like the Sunshine

On Breeze, it's even more obvious where to go; Carnival Breeze Day 3 by paulmedik, on Flickr Karen, Bryson, Heather, Kimberly, Mike and I all enjoyed an evening playing in the casino while the boys took in Thrill Theater movies and basically hung out in their preferred areas of Circle C / Club 02. Our next day was Dominican Republic and I'll spare you the arrival to port pics since they are mostly of an industrial area. We did meet the Carnival photog as we exited the gangway; Carnival Breeze Carnival pics by paulmedik, on Flickr We exited the pier area and once in the taxi corral we were matched up with a driver who agree to return to pick us up. The pics are a bit out of order in terms of time so I'll just go through a few from the Dreams Resort which was our destination for the day.
