On Board Credit question

We had a problem with the booking of our cruise and After much discussion with Carnival and some of their people, they have offered me a decent amount of OBC for compensation.

 

My question is if we do not use the entire OBC on the cruise, do we lose whatever is left, can the remainder be applied to a future cruise, or can we get any sort of cash back for what we do not use?

it depends if the obc is refundable or nonrefundable. If it is refundable, you will get a check at the end of the cruise if there is a remaining balance due

Carnival must be getting tired of all the bad publicity. Good for you that they even offered. ;)

 

OBC ,I would think Carnival should have explained that when it was offered ?

If its non refundable head to casion and open a players card..Put OBC amount onto players card from your sail and sign card..Play 1 pull and cash out...head to casino cage and get cash....;)

They won't keep it as a credit towards a future cruise.

 

If you have a balance on the last night, go to the casino as previously mentioned - especially it it's nonrefundable, which I'm guess this type of OBC would be.
