Knowing that I'm cruising next week, kept me

in check.

I actually show a loss of 1 lb.! I was sooo good! I took my own side dish & sugar-free dessert to my MIL's Easter dinner.

Shelia...you did great! I am so proud of you I gained 2 lbs. Oh well, today is a new day. DH and I have started back on phase one of SBD. I hope to have a loss to report at weigh-in.

Hi yall,

Happy to report I am down 2.6 since Thursday. I cruise in five weeks and would like to lose at lease 7.6 more. Good work to all the no-gainers and better luck this week to everyone else. HAVE A GREAT WEEK EVERYONE!!!!!

It only took me 5 days to lose the 6 I had gained on my vacation.

So I am pretty pleased with that

cajun I had 10 pounds to go in my last month

and I just doulbled up on my walking and it all finally came off, also drink a lot of water

I had reached my goal the friday before we left

I had lost an extra 5 knowing I would gain on my cruise

I gained 6 on the cruise but it all came off really fast

good luck and have a great time

I ate what I wanted and it was awesome

I am with Lynn I am not speaking to my scale today either. I did have the courage to get on it and it was not a pretty sight. Leaving for Las Vegas on Friday so I am trying to stay where I am for now. I will jump in again in a week. I will get weighed on Thursday and report but I do not think I am going to like what is shows me.

I didn't get on my scale either! Haven't been very good at my diet plan since I got home.

Started today to get back on! Think I'll lose a few by Thursday but sure it will still be up a lot..just feel it in .."My Stomach"

 

Enjoyed my cruise..made me happy!

What is my fault is I haven't got back on my plan sooner! This is a new day..new start!
