Vanilla Posted May 28, 2013 Author #27 Share Posted May 28, 2013 Petlady I go to the Princess website and pretend to be booking a cruise - pick your Sailing Area - Sail Date - Ship - and look at the different categories/staterooms - just as if you are looking to book a cruise. It will show you what rooms are available all over the ship for interior/OV/balcony/suites. It will show you the price for each area/stateroom and what rooms are SOLD or open - call Princess to switch your cabin if you wish to switch. Last time I did that I noticed a maximum of six cabins in each category were displayed. Seems to me if you see six, the actual number available could be greater. I suppose if you really want to get a handle on what's available you could use repeatedly use the option to see if a cabin is available by its specific cabin number. Time consuming but likely worth it to some.
petlady7 Posted May 28, 2013 #29 Share Posted May 28, 2013 Hi Vanilla Thanks for your reply , I have done as you suggested but when I click on the staterooms it just gives a description of each eg size , facilities etc , it doesnt let me continue but directs me to a travel agent , maybe its because we live in France , I am not sure but I have tried everything and I cannot see which cabins are still available or occupied
