Demonyte Posted May 30, 2013 #2 Share Posted May 30, 2013 What happens if you don't complete your e-Docs on NCL.com?Is there a minimum time ahead of cruise departure needed? From ncl.eu FAQ (couldn't get the .com site FAQ to work): "Guests who have not completed their Online Check-In form at least four days prior to sailing may be subject to an extended check-in procedure at the cruise terminal or may even be denied boarding." DMLyons Posted May 30, 2013 #4 Share Posted May 30, 2013 From ncl.eu FAQ (couldn't get the .com site FAQ to work): "Guests who have not completed their Online Check-In form at least four days prior to sailing may be subject to an extended check-in procedure at the cruise terminal or may even be denied boarding." If you can't get the form to work online (some browsers do have issues with certain types of forms, I've noticed), call them and tell them. They'll work with you to get it done. rvsullivan Posted May 30, 2013 #5 Share Posted May 30, 2013 Boarding instructions tell you that if you have not completed you cruise documents, arrive at the pier two hours before sailing. If you have your documents it is one hour ahead.
gatorsfam Posted May 30, 2013 #6 Share Posted May 30, 2013 What happens if you don't complete your e-Docs on NCL.com?Is there a minimum time ahead of cruise departure needed? Its a longer check-in process, but that's about it.. there isn't much to the e-Docs... just citizenship info, point of contacts, etc... Seems they really want you to get that out of the way to save their check-in staff from having to do all that data entry themselves.
garycarla Posted May 30, 2013 #7 Share Posted May 30, 2013 What happens if you don't complete your e-Docs on NCL.com?Is there a minimum time ahead of cruise departure needed? I guess I would ask why it can not be completed? I will tell you the one BIG, BIG reason people should complete ahead is that often find out some piece of information is missing - or in my case, I found out my passport had expired.
