Never. If I felt like I was overpaying I wouldn't have booked that particular cruise and would have shopped for a better option. I saw the price as acceptable and consider any price drops after as icing on the cake.

Same here. We have a price range that we book in and I monitor prices year round. I'm pretty confident that we're getting a good price when I book. If the price drops, even better.
