Air conditioning in dining rooms?

Hi,

I'm trying to pick out a dress for formal night on our upcoming Western Caribbean cruise. I found one I really like, but it is sleeveless. Are the dining rooms air-conditioned and if so, to what temperature level? I'm wondering if I need to look for something with sleeves to stay comfortable.

It really depends on you, personally. Many times I read of women needing shawls or wraps with their evening wear, but I'm not one of them. I think it is my age, almost 52 and the fact most of the time I'm suffering through hot flashes, so I welcome the cold. I usually will get colder in the show room than in the dining room.

I think I am in trouble. I have to wear a jacket to the grocery store in the summer because it is cold to me. Guess I will need thick clothes in the dining room.

I did find the dining room a bit chilly, but both of my formal dresses were sleeveless. I always carried around my jacket or sweater just in case and also to go out on deck at night (it was December).

The dinning room not so much, maybe because I always have a glass of wine with dinner.

 

But at the shows and at the casino, COLD, FREEZING COLD! My pashmina was not enough.

Freezing! Totally cold! Bring two jackets so you won't get tired of wearing one. The Conquest is an ice chest! But I love it! Leaving in 8 days!
