Luggage Tag/Cruise Doc question

I found that if you use the luggage tag holders, it is best to cut the printed strip from the whole page of the luggage tag printout and then fold it and insert it into the holder. The quadruple folded tag was very hard to try to fit into the holder. I got mine through Amazon, so other brands may be different.

I bought a roll of contact paper and cover the printed out luggage tags and covered them that way. We take a small stapler, others have used our stapler at the port.

But since we love cruising, I am thinking about buying the tags after I use up my contact paper. At least the new contact paper is easier to use than the old stuff.
