Wine & culinary seminars from industry leaders

 

Included in our program is a complimentary bottle of wine per cabin each evening to be enjoyed with dinner (no corkage fee) or in your cabin. We have chosen seven wineries to join us and serve their wines. From Napa and Dry Creek, you will not be disappointed!

There will be wine seminars and wine tasting opportunities by each winery. Each winery is sending along either their winemaker or their wine club manager. They are prepared to delight and educate you on wine, food and wine pairing and even the history of the winery itself. Come prepared to be enthralled!

On Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines you have many choices for dining. We are offering another choice for your pallette. John Ash is an internationally recognized chef, educator, and author, who is credited as one of the creators of Wine Country Cuisine. He will be adding his recipes to the menu in Chops Grille for your dining pleasure.

 

John will be presenting his seminar the "Marriage of Food and Wine" while onboard. It’ll be a fun, convivial evening and you should come away with a good understanding of how to successfully pair wine and food.

 

Joining him onboard will be Chef Catherine Venturini. Catherine will add to your dining pleasure with her small plates and hors oeuvres. She will also be available for sharing her passion for cuisine!
