chucki999 Posted August 19, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 19, 2013 we are traveling in party of 7 for 9/1 sailing. i heard you can make same day reservations in the 3 MDRs (not in advance though). we plan on eating around 5:30-6:30, should we make reservations or will the wait not be too bad? Cubechick Posted August 19, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 19, 2013 Usually, eating early like that, you shouldn't have a problem.

If you like, you can make reservations for the whole week once you board the ship.
dwpolicelli Posted August 19, 2013 #5 Share Posted August 19, 2013 I'm just off the breakaway. You don't need reservations. You are actually better off without them. Just go to the restaurant of your choice and give them your room card. They will seat you within ten minutes. We never made a reservation and never saw anyone wait more than ten minutes. And our ship was full.
Demonyte Posted August 20, 2013 #6 Share Posted August 20, 2013 As Cubechick and vols_159 said, eating around that time is never a problem on any ship we've been on. We eat usually that early and never have had to wait more than minute or two max, more than 9 out of 10 times we are escorted directly to the table - no matter how big the group (for us the biggest group has been 8).
