milolii Posted August 21, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 21, 2013 Hi there. We are in London now staying at a flat next to the Park Plaza Riverbank before our cruise next week. The weather is lovely, but a bit hot. Is there a store nearby to purchase a small fan? Thank you
Cotswold Eagle Posted August 22, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 22, 2013 Bit cooler today with the rain! I walked past your place yesterday, but can't think of a likely store in the immediate vicinity. Best bets might be Robert Dyas (a chain of hardware stores) in Artillery Row (across the river, just off Victoria Street) or the large Tesco supermarket in Kennington Lane. MarlboroBell Posted August 22, 2013 #3 Share Posted August 22, 2013 There's an Argos next to Victoria station -- that would be my first port of call to get a fan.
