Ocho Rios to Kingston

I'm going to be in port 12/4 from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm is it possible to make it from Ocho Rios to Kingston to tour that city and get lunch and then get back to the boat? I know its kind of far away but I wanted to see if anyone has done, If I miss the boat I'm stuck in jamaica for another day because its a sea day following this port, and there's no way I'm going to stay at atlantis waiting for my ship to get to Nassau.

It's a difficult question to answer to be honest. The best thing to do is to contact a few private tour guides and ask them what they can do for you. My recommendation is to contact Ricardo Riley from Liberty Tours Jamaica to see what he can do for you.
