BOAZ5 Posted October 12, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 12, 2013 I have successfully added our two minor children to our onboard account, but the system keeps removing our 19 year old when I try to add her. I am assuming it is because she is over 18. It really isn't a big deal, since I can just add our card information to her account. It just seems that we should be able to add whomever we like to our account. Has anyone else had this experience? I feel like I call RCI frequently to ask questions, so I thought I would put this one out on Cruise Critic. THANKS!
cb at sea Posted October 12, 2013 #2 Share Posted October 12, 2013 No worries... when you board, you will put whoever you want onto your credit card or whatever form of payment you intend to use. If you can't do it now, it's NOT a big deal at all.

I was able to put both of them on my account when (a) both were minors; (b) one minor and one adult; and © both adults. Are all three in one room? A total of 2 rooms? It is really odd. I was able to add all three on our last cruise, but they were all under 18. I agree with you that the age should not matter. Oh well, I will try later, and if not, I will add her at the pier.
