geoburm Posted October 16, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 16, 2013 Going on the Crown Princess this Thanksgiving and was wondering which nights were the formal nights. Looking to schedule the UBD for a night that is NOT a formal night. Preferably when they have a "not so good" menu night.
skynight Posted October 16, 2013 #2 Share Posted October 16, 2013 Going on the Crown Princess this Thanksgiving and was wondering which nights were the formal nights. Looking to schedule the UBD for a night that is NOT a formal night. Preferably when they have a "not so good" menu night. Assume you are sailing on Nov 23rd. My guess is formal nights will be Monday, a sea day and Wednesday with departure from St. Thomas scheduled for 4PM. Thanksgiving Day departure from Grand Turk is scheduled for 7PM so my guess is that will not be a formal night. But, ultimately you will have to wait until you board to find out for sure. You can book your balcony dining once you are on board. The menus are always good. "Not so good" varies from passenger to passenger so that question can not be accurately answered. Princess always has the "always available" selections.

mafig Posted October 16, 2013 #4 Share Posted October 16, 2013 We're on Crown with the Aruba/Curacao itinerary. First Day is Princess Cays, then second sea day is At Sea. Do you think the first formal night would be Princess Cays or the second day (at sea)?:)
simok99 Posted October 16, 2013 #5 Share Posted October 16, 2013 We are on both cruises B2B, and our confirmation says we have 3 formal nights and 11 casual nights, got a feeling it is 2 on the Aruba and Curaçao week and 1 on the 2nd week.
