??Safely Walk to Scotchies From Shoppes at Rose Hall

I want to take the Hop on Hop off Shuttle on this trip to Montego Bay. I really want to eat at Scotchies, but would like to save the cab fare if at all possible since I am already buying the shuttle tickets. Can my DH and I safely walk to Scotchies from The Shoppes at Rose Hall? I know the traffic is.....:eek: I have looked on several maps but I do not know the area so I am not sure. Looks to be .6km?

Maybe I should ask rather, are any of the Hop on Hop off locations in Montego Bay within walking distance of Scotchies?
