Pride Review & Pics 10.27.13 and cabin 4140 (interior with french door)

Thanks for the review. Counting down 110 days until my sailing on the Pride and cannot wait.

 

Your time with the shuttle concerns me. I want to be at the port before 11. I have considered just taking a cab.

I'm going to call our hotel. We are staying at the holiday inn by the stadiums. I just found out there is construction and a ravens game the day we leave. I don't want to stress about shuttles and traffic getting to the boat.

Some of the people from the roll call stayed at that hotel. They liked the shuttle to the inner harbor the night before, they had a 10:30 to the shuttle. You shouldn't have any problems. Not sure though how the ravens game may play into it. We didn't have a home game the day we were there.

It was really nice! Light and fresh air, you can just pop your head out to check out the air temperature! :)

I think that may be an obstructed view (totally), but even if so it is great to have the light from outside and open the door for a bit of fresh air!

No problem. I wouldn't worry about the time to for the shuttle. I originally wanted to be at the port by 11 also, but by taking the 11:30 shuttle (our driver left about 10 minutes early because we were all ready), we walked right in with no lines. We were still on board around noon. It was great!

I am trying to get my scanner to work. I looked and I have all days of the Fun Times and thought I would scan them in as a favor to others. I know I looked before my cruise and couldn't find anything too recent. I will have to ask my son with help, my laptop says something about the printer scanner being disconnected. I don't know if it is an issue with the wireless, or what.

We went to Lido for lunch and had Chopsticks, which was tasty. Sorry, no pics of that food. I found Bo and Susan from our roll call, and we sat with them. Then we all decided to do the spa tour, so off we went.

We got gold pins, AGAIN, for about the third time. I thought the gold pins were a one-time thing, not something that you received every time! LOL, I really don't even want those pins, but I think that DH grabbed them when we were packing to come home and stuffed them in a backpack.

 

 

 

I did get the fun times scanned in and on my desktop, but now they are in PDF Format and I don't know how to get them into a post ???

Great pics, I am enjoying them. We were just on the Pride for the 3rd time 2 months ago and your pics are bringing back great memories. Keep them coming!

And, to answer your question as to what that thing in Post #70 is, it is a trashcan which is placed just outside of a bathroom. That way, after you have washed your hands, you can take one of the small tissues on the door as you are going out to open the handle and then drop it right into the can. An extra sanitary measure to keep your hands clean and germ free!
