tonyt Posted November 19, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 19, 2013 How do you fasten a luggage tag to a package of diapers purchased at the embarkation port so it gets delivered to your cabin with your luggage? We don't want to carry it with us when we board,

cb at sea Posted November 19, 2013 #3 Share Posted November 19, 2013 Best to put it in something with handles......it's easier for the luggage handlers to fling it about that way! Yes...it will be delivered.
luvsviola Posted November 19, 2013 #4 Share Posted November 19, 2013 I'd put it in a duffel bag so the plastic doesn't get torn.
Rare Keith1010 Posted November 19, 2013 #5 Share Posted November 19, 2013 I too would put it in a duffel bag or a box but a duffel bag to me would be much easier. Keith
NanciRDH Posted December 4, 2013 #6 Share Posted December 4, 2013 I bought a box of Pampers, taped the edges to be sure it would stay together and used clear packing tape as previously mentioned to hold down the luggage tag. It had handles in the sides of the box, the kind that are punched in, but I honestly never gave it a thought. It wasn't that big, or heavy to toss around, and it made it to the cabin with the rest of our bags. The remaining diapers at the end of the week were just tucked here and there in our bags. Gardeneroflove Posted December 4, 2013 #7 Share Posted December 4, 2013 we packed the diaper box with the diapers, wipes and other disposable stuff. Luggage tag went through the handle...no big deal. Just make sure you have enough with you in case you don't get your luggage right away! I didn't want an extra bag to worry about. The box just went in the trash at the end of the cruise. knittinggirl Posted January 26, 2014 #8 Share Posted January 26, 2014 On Royal Caribbean, they sell diapers in their Gifts and Gear section.
EviesCruisin Posted January 27, 2014 #9 Share Posted January 27, 2014 I agree - lightweight duffle. Note our duffle got delivered last because not rolling luggage. I was panicking as it had all the diapers and formula

mymirabella Posted January 29, 2014 #11 Share Posted January 29, 2014 you can also make a nice handle with packing tape just attach the tape to each side of the box and fold the tape or crunch it down the middle and tape the luggage tag to the box.
