garnet115 Posted December 16, 2013 #1 Share Posted December 16, 2013 When do pre-cruise price drops usually take place? I am just shy of the 60 day mark for my February cruise, and when I check online, a large number of suites are still available for that sailing (much to my surprise since it is a holiday week). If they remain available and prices drop, I would check with my TA about paying the difference and upgrading. Right now it is still too big a price jump for me to do it. I check the prices and availability reguarly, but am wondering at what point NCL would lower prices in order to fill the cruise? Maybe it's just a pipedream, but hey - a girl can dream... Cubechick Posted December 16, 2013 #2 Share Posted December 16, 2013 There isn't an exact formula, but I'd expect to see movement about a month out. Just keep watching those prices!
kcwingwalker Posted December 16, 2013 #3 Share Posted December 16, 2013 Price drops are subject to supply and demand. Otherwise you'll need a crystal ball:)

nutley chick Posted December 16, 2013 #6 Share Posted December 16, 2013 Is there a time of day that it usually drops? Like do they usually drop first thing in the morning? I have been checking sevral times a day and I'm probably wasting my time. If I knew they were done in the morning then I could just check once and be done.
