2 nights 2 days to Paradise on Getaway

On February 3 there is a 2 night cruise out of NY on the Getaway that reach Nassau at 7:00 PM on the 5th. Do you have to disembark that night or can you stay on board? it's bit confusing..

Ship has to unload passengers then speed up to get to Miami and then ships christening in Miami before inaugural cruise on 2/8/14

It's easily an overnighter from Nassau to Miami, with or without passengers. IIRC they have travel agents or something like that boarding in Nassau.

Guess most travel agents will board in Miami. All in all this will make it an expensive getaway..

The problem is you can't embark at one US port and disembark at a different US port without visiting a distant foreign port and the Bahamas don't qualify.
